About me

I am a qualified person-centred therapist with six years of experience and four years of professional training. Before working privately, I volunteered for five years with the charity Counselling Initiatives, providing long-term therapy for people in need in north London. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a writer and editor in newspapers.

As well as the qualifications listed below, I have completed training courses on many topics, including: working with autistic and ADHD people, suicide and self-harm, childhood abuse, couples and poly partners therapy, and grief counselling.
