About me
I am a qualified person-centred therapist with five years of experience and three years of professional training. From 2019 until 2023, I volunteered with the charity Counselling Initiatives, providing long-term therapy for people in need in north London. Before I trained to do this work, I worked as a broadsheet newspaper journalist.
As well as the qualifications listed below, I have completed training courses on many topics, including working with autistic and ADHD people, suicide and self-harm, childhood abuse, and grief counselling. I am currently studying to be a qualified couples and relationship therapist.
In my free time, I’m at my happiest when out in nature taking wildlife photos.
