Let’s see what we can do.
A person-centred online therapist, specialising in working with autistic & ADHD people in the UK and abroad
Therapy changed my life at a time when I was struggling. That is why I trained to do this job, and it is how I know for sure that therapy works. Now I strive to offer other people the same trusting and safe relationship that meant so much to me.
People I help include…
-
Autistic and ADHD people
If you are, or think you might be, neurodivergent. it can make a huge difference to talk to someone who understands what.this is like. Exploring this topic is deeply personal, but it’s vital to know you won’t be dismissed or met with ignorance. I can help you to gain insight and build a life that works for you.

University students
I have several years of experience supporting students (and especially neurodivergent students) who are struggling with university life. Whatever difficulties you are facing, it can help to talk them through with someone who has no agenda of their own for you. This is a challenging time in life and can lead to feelings of intense anxiety, sadness, powerlessness and despair. I can help you make peace with what’s going on and chart your own path through it.

Neurodivergent couples
In relationships where one or more partners is neurodivergent, many difficulties and misunderstandings can arise. When this happens, it can be useful to have a therapist who understands the neurodivergent experience, to help you to communicate and address what is going wrong. Issues may include sensory differences, conflict around admin and housework, or mismatched sexual desire, as well as issues to do with LGBTQ+ life, childhood trauma or career struggles.
Am I the right therapist for you?
I am happy to help anyone who is looking to make a change. In addition to the areas above, I have experience helping people out of depression and grief, to confront and overcome anxiety, through career changes and break-ups, and to achieve self-acceptance and greater self-compassion.
