Exploring this topic is deeply personal, but it’s vital to know you won’t be dismissed or met with ignorance. I can help you to gain insight and build a life that works for you.

    Are you hurting from wounds in your past? Whether it's a death, a divorce, or some form of abuse, painful childhood events deeply shape who we are as adults. I have experience helping many clients to confront these early wounds, grieve them, reconnect with their inner child, and move from survival mode towards thriving.
    The heart of this kind of work is to offer you a different kind of relationship to what you are used to. One where you can tell the truth, and be believed and accepted for it.

    Flying high but feeling low? It's more common than you think. When we strive for excellence and success in life, we often set ourselves up for misery and stress. This behaviour often has its roots in childhood, and you may need to grieve the past before you can address what isn't right in the present. Whether you're struggling with perfectionism, overwork and burnout, or a feeling that it's all meaningless, I can help you to get in touch with the deeper roots of the issue - and find a path forward.
